MRU and MRFA responses to the 12 reasons why Widdowson’s employment relationship was declared “unviable” by MRU

On December 20, 2021, MRU President Tim Rahilly wrote Frances Widdowson’s termination letter. On this letter, Rahilly listed 12 “factors” for why Widdowson’s employment relationship was “unviable”. The blue highlighted numbers were unsubstantiated, the pink were not mentioned by the Arbitrator and the yellow were substantiated.

After submissions were made to the Arbitrator, the following evidence was presented by both parties.
