Question 2 concerns “Episode 1: The Renae Watchman Complaint” and “Episode 6: The Satirical Letter that was ‘Demeaning of Others'”, and is answered below.

Widdowson’s satirical letter appears as the fourth attachment (on page 11) of Dr. Watchman’s complaint.  This complaint is partially redacted as it was acquired through Freedom of Information.
