MRU’s December 2019 Communications About Personal Social Media Accounts

In the MRFA’s submission on January 16, 2024, a proportion of Steve Eichler’s investigation report was referred to where he noted that MRU had decided not to investigate a complaint made about personal social media activities in December 2019.

Steve Eichler was cross-examined by CAUT lawyer Sarah Godwin about this during the arbitration proceedings.
